Sunday - Day of rest

Learning to walk with Jesus...

Thursday - Mediation - Your calling and putting your skills/gifts in practise.

Friday - Mediation - Practise kindness

Saturday - Mediation - Contentment and respect

Sunday - Relaxed and grateful.

For me, Jesus is the light of the world and put lent in prospective for me.
He suffered the sins of the world and set us free.

Holy Spirit Come and Fill this Place

Lent week one log

Shove Tuesday - Had pancakes and decided what I would give up over lent.

Ash Wednesday -  Started lent, research meaning. Mediated on family and friends.

Thursday - Mediated on my life.

Friday - Mediated on where I am and where I want to be in future.

Saturday - Mediated on being a parent,

Sunday - Day of rest and Valentine's Day. Had a wonderful relaxing day.

Learned that I am grateful for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
