WORLD RED CROSS AND CRESCENT DAY

This week is "Red Cross Week". I am also grateful as they helped me in my hour of need a few years ago.
They help people all over the world,
The movement started in 1863 inspired by a Swiss Businessman - Henry Dunant.
Over 90,000 people volunteered for the British Red Cross at home and overseas during the First World War.
In the Second World War the British Red Cross members worked in hospitals, convalescent homes, nurseries, worked with ambulances units and worked as nurses. Raised money and cared for the sick and wounded, prisoners of war and civilians needing relief  as a result of enemy action at home and abroad,
Today they help find missing families, help with Health and Social Care, First Aid training, Refugee Support, Teaching resources, working throughout the world, helping people in crisis.
The list is endless...
Please donate to show your appreciation for their hard work and commitment.

THANK YOU
RED CROSS FOR SAVING AND CHANGING LIVES
GOD BLESS YOU ALL
